QUIMIPOX-MAN multi-layer system epoxy pavement

Continuous pavement, solvent-free, anti-corrosive, Shiny, used for making high planimetry floors and with demands for perfect chemical cleanliness, radioactive decontamination and sterilisation.

Thicknesses from 1 to 4 mm.

Finishes: Shiny, satin, matt, anti-UVA, anti-skid.

Colours: Standard : RAL 1011, 1013, 1015, 3013, 5012, 6017, 6019, 7042,7043,7047, 9003.

Areas of use: Sterile, manufacturing, packing rooms, surgeries, opticians, decontamination etc. In pharmaceutical, chemical, hospital, electronic, nuclear industries etc.

QUIMIPOX-MAN C/W self-levelling epoxy /cement pavement

Continuous three component pavement, solvent-free, anti-corrosive, self-levelling, made from modified epoxy resins and cement designed for application on slightly humid or difficult to dry surfaces, as it is impermeable to water but permeable to steam. Excellent mechanical resistance, usable with patching mortar and regularisation.

Thickness from 2 to 8 mm.

Finishes: Matt, satin or shiny.

Colours: Standard : RAL 1011, 1013, 1015, 3013, 5012, 6017, 6019, 7042,7043,7047, 9003.

Areas of use: Manufacture and packing in the meat, canning, wine, carbonic industries, etc. Reparation and levelling mortar as a base for other coats.

QUIMIPOX-SILEXCROM multi-layer system epoxy pavement

Continuous pavement, solvent-free, made from epoxy resins and SILEXCROM coloured quartz sand, high performances of chemical resistance (see table) and abrasion (DIN 52108 cm3/50 cm2: 60) high mechanical loads (compression 94 N/mm2, flex traction 27 N/mm2) easy to clean and high aesthetic and decorative value.

Thicknesses from 3 to 5 mm.

Three anti-skid grades: Grade 1 Grade 2 Grade 3

Areas of use: Food industry in general (processing, canning rooms, etc) business zones, sports installations (changing rooms, showers, etc.) industrial kitchens, etc.

SILEXCROM-MORTER mono-layer system epoxy pavement

Continuous pavement, solvent-free, high performances of mechanical and chemical resistance (see table), made from special epoxy resins, solvent-free and high transparency, and SILEXCROM coloured quartz sands.It is applied with special machines that give a totally smooth industrial finish, allowing maximum ease of cleaning and a high decorative aesthetic value.

Thickness de 3 a 6 mm.

Anti-skid grade: smooth (low-medium)

QUIMIPOX-CONDUCTOR Continuous conductor pavement (anti-static)

Continuous pavement, solvent-free, anti-corrosive, with magnificent conductive qualities (DIN 51953) and high mechanical performance, with high planimetry finishes and perfect sanitary, radioactive and sterile cleaning conditions or industrial finishes (anti-skid, anti-scratch, etc.).

Thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm.

QUIMIPOX-PARKING Resins

Epoxy resins with solvents for recoating concrete surfaces. Its ability to penetrate bases allows finishes with a good resistance to wear and tear, dust-proof and anti-smear (it doesn't allow penetration of mineral oils or fuels) which makes QUIMIPOX-PARKING resin ideal for the recoating of roads and parking places for vehicles thanks to its low cost.Colours: standard.

Thickness 150 to 200 microns.

Areas of use: Car park surfaces, warehouses with low mechanical demands, general improvement of concrete floors (dust-proof and anti-smear).

QUIMIPOX-RESINDUIT epoxy resin

Solvent-free pigmented epoxy resin, extremely hard and highly resistant to chemicals, usable as a finishing coat where there are high mechanical, anti-corrosive and aesthetic demands.

Thickness per layer 200 microns.

QUIMIPOX-W-RESINDUIT Low thickness epoxy water system paint

Continuous recoating, solvent-free, made from modified epoxy resin with aqueous base, coloured and tolerant of humid bases, easy to clean and low maintenance costs.Permeable to steam and with a high mechanical and chemical resistance.

QUIMIPOX-ANTIHUMEDAD Priming, injection etc. epoxy resin

QUIMIPOX-ANTIHUMEDAD is a modified epoxy resin, a clear, low viscosity liquid which is used especially for moisture resistant priming coats, injection for rigid fissure sealing, an adhesive system between different materials, etc. given its facility for capillary penetration of materials and its magnificent qualities of adherence.

Colour: : Clear (slightly yellow)

Applications: Anti-humidity primary coats, fissure injection, a joining layer between cement and steel, reinforcement of structures, resistant cosmetic reparation for cement.

QUIMIPOX/W aqueous base epoxy resin

Solvent-free epoxy resin, in coloured aqueous emulsion usable in multi-layer systems (thickness from 2 to 33) self-levelling or fine layers. Tolerant of humid bases and steam. Excellent chemical and mechanical conditions.

Thickness according to system: 200 microns to 3 mm.

Colours: standard.

Areas of use: Due to its excellent mechanical performance it can be used in zones with the same requirements as classic epoxys, where conditions are unacceptable for these (high base humidity, low temperatures, permeability to steam, etc.)

QUIMIPUR-MAN self-levelling polyurethane resin

Self-levelling continuous pavement, anti-corrosive, made from polyurethane resin, shiny finish for high planimetry floors and with perfect chemical cleaning demands and radioactive and sterile decontamination. Good conditions of flexibility.

Thickness: de 1 a 4 mm.

QUIMIPUR-EF flexible polyurethane resins

Self-levelling continuous pavement, anti-corrosive, made from polyurethane resins with high flexibility, which allows high planimetry floors with chemical cleaning demands.Its flexibility and elasticity make QUIMIPUR-EF resin ideal for applications on bases subject to vibrations or with movement or fissure problems.

Thickness from 2 to 4 mm.

Colours: RAL 1001, RAL 1011, RAL 3011, RAL 7042, RAL 9016

Finishes: Shiny, satin y matt.

Areas of use: Wooden, metal or forged floors subject to vibrations, movements, etc.

QUIMIPUR-ALIFATIC polyurethane resin

A two-component, transparent or coloured resin made from aliphatic polysocyanate used as finishing layers in continuous pavements, or as a surface treatment for walls, etc. High chemical resistance, resists light (UV), impermeable and flexible.

Thickness 50 microns per layer.

Colours: standard : RAL 1001, RAL 1011, RAL 3011, RAL 7042, RAL 9016

Areas of use: Treatment of concrete surfaces, especially walls in the food industry. Finishing resin for continuous pavements as anti-scratch element with a shiny, satin texture.

QUIMIPUR-AROMAT polyurethane resin

Transparent or coloured aromatic polysocianate single-component resin, as a finishing layer for cement pavements subject to low mechanical loads, and for improving wear and tear resistance (dust-free) and stains (doesn't allow penetration of mineral oils or fuel). Reacts to environmental humidity making hard and very shiny layers. Ideal for covering interior road surfaces and vehicle parking places.

Thickness 100 to 200 microns.

Colours: RAL 1001, RAL 1011, RAL 3011, RAL 7042, RAL 9016

Areas of use: Car park surfaces, warehouses with low mechanical demands, general improvement of concrete floors (dust-proof and anti-smear).

QUIMILATO quick repair mortar

The mix of methyl-methacrylate resins with selected quartz aggregates and other additives allow the production of special mortars which have the following main characteristics:

- Ultra-fast reparations (a resistance of 100 Kgs/m2 in 4 hours is obtained)

- Applications in low temperature conditions (up to -10ºC) without special preparation.

- High resistances to compression, flexion and impact obtained.

Colours: natural cream.

Areas of use: On any pavement that needs fast reparation for immediate use. Inside preservation and freezer chambers.

QUIMIMAG self-levelling magnesite pavement

Two-component self-levelling continuous pavement made from selected magnesites which allows surfaces of great hardness and excellent mechanical resistance, and unbeatable fire resistance (M-1) and pleasing finishes.Also used as a regularising base layer for the subsequent recoating of faulty surfaces .

Thickness from 8 to 20 mm.

Finishes: Smooth satin.

Areas of use: Warehouses, shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals and pavements for the electrical, metallurgy industries..

QUIMICRYL MMC meat industry pavement

Acrylic resin pavement with a mortar base, especially developed for the meat and canning industry due to its special mechanical resistance conditions (impacts, friction, wear and tear, anti-skid) and its medium chemical resistance, apt for these industries.

Thickness from 8 to 12 mm.

Colours: Grey, beige, brown, tile and green. Other colours upon request.

Areas of use: Abattoirs, cold meat, canning, vegetable, fish factories, etc.

SILEXCROM coloured quartz sands

Quartz sands of different selected grain sizes, with rounded edges, treated with a chemical process which bring an extremely hardand chemically resistant recoating with high aesthetic value.

Standard grain sizes: 0,4 to 0,8 mm. 0,7 to1,3 mm.1 to 1,5 mm.

Colours: Consult Silexcrom chart with 40 standard mixes.

Use: To make multi-layer or mono-layer continuous pavements (pressed) with epoxy resin, polyurethane and methyl-methacrylate binding material.

QUIMICHIPS "chips"

The coloured flakes or "chips" are made with a polypropylene base and have excellent resistance to wear and tear, chemical resistance and high aesthetic value.

Size of chips: lamellae from 2 to 8 mm.

Colours: 12 concentrated base colours (See chart) the addition of different percentages of white flakes give a highly aesthetic appearance. Used with epoxy and polyurethane resins, for decorative and industrial pavements.
