Technical specifications
The prime materials and formulations of materials used for
the creation of BETONPRESS TRIDIMENSIONAL, are identical to those of BETONPRESS
"Classic".
The results issued by the Swiss laboratory EMPA (SWISS Federal Laboratories
for Materials Testing And Research) for wear and tear tests and other
tests for the HARD wearing course, the basis of the BETONPRESS system,
are shown in the EMPA report nr. 109 045 of 19th July 1988.
It is also possible to consult the technical specifications of material
characteristics and those corresponding to BETONPRESS system assembly.
The BETONPRESS system basically consists of the following materials:
- HARD, wearing course.
- HARD, pigmented (personalised tones in each piece).
- CUT, unshuttering aging layer.
- SEATOP, impregnation resin layer.
