Technical Specifications

Before establishing the technical specifications, QUIMIPRES, S.L. asked the prodigious Swiss laboratory EMPA (SWISS Federal Laboratories for Materials Testing And Research) for wear and tear tests and other tests for the HARD wearing course, the basis of the BETONPRESS system, the results of which are shown in the EMPA report nr. 109 045 of 19th July 1988.In addition there are two Technical Specifications for the material characteristics and details about the assembly of the BETONPRESS system.

The BETONPRESS system basically consists of the following materials:

• HARD, wearing course
• CUT, unshuttering and aging layer
• SEATOP, impregnation resin layer.

• Technical sheet 1.12: BETONPRESS. System of use and requirements of Work.
• Testing by EMPA Swiss lab (1988).
